Product description

This TSUYOKI jointed swimbait is built for big freshwater predators like pike and muskie. The multi-segment body flexes through the water with a wide, rolling wobble that pushes water and triggers reaction strikes even in cold or stained conditions. Choose the floating version to work it as a twitch-and-float glide bait over cover, or the sinking version to cast and count down for deeper water columns.

Available in two body lengths, 170mm and 200mm, with floating and sinking options in each size. The jointed construction gives a lifelike swimming action on a straight retrieve and a subtle side-to-side kick on the pause, making it effective for large predatory fish that key in on bigger profile baits. Twelve color patterns let you match water clarity and light conditions.

How to fish it

  1. Cast past likely holding areas such as weed edges, drop-offs, or open pike water.
  2. Use a steady, moderate retrieve to activate the jointed body's rolling wobble.
  3. Pause periodically; the floating version rises and glides while the sinking version holds depth or continues to fall.
  4. Add sharp rod twitches to trigger extra side-to-side kick from the joint before resuming the retrieve.
  5. Match the 200mm size for larger muskie or deep water, and the 170mm size for searching shallower zones.
